CUSTOM PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT

Texas law provides that a couple intending to marry can enter into a prenuptial agreement. There is a common misconception that a prenup must state that everything remains separate. That is not the law. The basic prenup package available on another page on this site provides for such a document.

However, if you want to tailor your own premarital agreement that takes into account your specific situation a custom prenup is more appropriate.

I offer a phone consultation to discuss your needs and the pros and cons of a custom prenup. The fee for that consultation is $250 per hour, prorated for the actual portion of the hour used.
